Abstract:

一种热水解和表面活性剂联合处理剩余污泥强化水解产酸的方法,属于污泥处理与资源化领域。以污水处理厂剩余污泥为底物,添加表面活性剂同时加热,促进水解及产酸过程。表面活性剂不仅抑制产甲烷菌的活性,且具有“两亲”和“增溶”的作用,能够加速水解,联合热水解处理剩余污泥,击破细胞壁,进一步增强表面活性剂的作用,从而达到强化剩余污泥水解产酸的目的。因此,本发明是通过添加表面活性剂和热水解的联合作用,达到了加快剩余污泥厌氧发酵水解速度及增强产酸的目的,实现了剩余污泥的减量化及资源化。
