Abstract:

一种高温多轴谱载下低周蠕变 疲劳寿命评估方法,该方法的步骤为:读取多轴载荷谱数据块内应力应变历程,求等效应变,进行载荷历程整理;采用相对等效应变多轴计数方法提取反复;采用统一的多轴疲劳损伤寿命预测模型求每个反复的疲劳损伤;疲劳损伤累计,求总疲劳损伤;利用原载荷历程求等效蠕变应力;结合蠕变持久方程,根据等效蠕变应力和应力历程求蠕变损伤Dc;求高温下该多轴载荷谱块造成总损伤D;估算多轴蠕变 疲劳寿命。该方法对多轴应力下疲劳损伤和多轴应力下的蠕变损伤在整个载荷谱数据块内分别计算,疲劳损伤计算采用常温下的疲劳材料常数,蠕变损伤计算采用规范推荐的持久方程材料常数,通过试验验证取得较好的预测效果。
