Abstract:
一种Pr掺杂TiO2为载体的低温SCR催化剂及制备方法,属于氧化物低温SCR催化剂技术领域。以Pr掺杂的TiO2为载体,负载V2O5和MoO3作为催化剂的活性组分,Pr6O11-TiO2中Pr6O11的质量不大于TiO2质量的15%,V2O5和MoO3的负载量为:0~10wt%和0~10wt%。所述的催化剂制备过程:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Pr掺杂的TiO2载体后,利用浸渍法负载V2O5和MoO3活性组分,经干燥、焙烧、研磨,即可。本发明制备过程简单,反应条件温合,催化剂比表面积增大,颗粒分散均匀、掺杂Pr的催化剂活性明显高于未掺杂的催化剂。
