Abstract:

一种基于纳米光子结构的多功能薄膜透镜制备及应用,属于纳米光子材料及器件技术领域。光束经50%分光镜分束后以全夹角2θ叠加在涂在基底上的记录介质上,0°<θ<90°,其中一路光为平行光束,另一路为经过透镜的会聚光或分散光,使两路干涉光具有相同的功率并且在光刻胶薄膜表面以同样的尺寸叠加,进行曝光、显影处理,实现干涉图案在光刻胶薄膜中的记录,完成薄膜透镜的制备。所得薄膜可作凸透镜也可用作凹透镜,只需改变光的入射方向,定义为“二极管”透镜功能;用于波分解复用器功能。
