Abstract:
作为催化剂载体用的碳纳米管膜电极CNT-Ti电极制备及其应用,属于电化学水处理技术领域。采取超声与回流两种物理方式相结合,浓酸氧化法在碳纳米管壁上引入羧基官能团。通过boehm滴定法和zeta电位的测量确定碳纳米管的最佳处理方法和分散液的最佳pH。调节碳纳米管分散液的pH为6,此时zeta电位为-53mV,在水相中采用电泳沉积法在钛网表面成功制备碳纳米管膜,该制备方法成膜效果好,分散均匀,负载金属催化剂能力强,操作简便,是理想的催化剂载体材料,为水相中电催化电极的制备提供了物质条件。
