Abstract：
一种含富硼渣耐磨铸钢及其制备方法，属于耐磨铸钢技术领域。先用高锰钢废料、富硼渣、高碳铬铁、硅钙钡合金和金属铝配料，钢水经硅钙钡合金和金属铝脱氧除渣后，浇入铸型，铸件的温度降至980～1080℃时，将铸件直接投入到水池中激冷，铸件在水池中冷却1～2小时后，取出铸件，切割浇冒口，清理飞边、毛刺，即可得到强度和韧性高、耐磨性好的含富硼渣耐磨铸钢产品。
