Abstract:

一种优化涂层导体用Ni9.3W合金基带轧制织构的方法,属于涂层导体用织构金属基带制备技术领域。本发明旨在为优化Ni9.3W合金基带轧制织构而设计,以达到将其传统轧制获得的黄铜型轧制织构优化成近铜型轧制织构。本发明采用动静结合回复处理技术优化Ni9.3W合金基带轧制织构,动静结合回复处理技术即采用温轧以缓解在轧制过程中的加工硬化,为促进最大程度的应力释放与位错滑移,辅助采取阶段性的温轧间静态回复热处理。本发明所制备的Ni9.3W轧制态基带具有典型的铜型轧制织构特征,为制备强立方织构Ni9.3W合金基带奠定了基础。
