Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于抑癌miRNA的用于治疗食道癌的药物组合物,其包含抗食道癌功能microRNA(miRNA)和纳米载体系统。本发明的纳米载体选用阳离子性多肽-羧甲基壳聚糖(CP-CMC),该纳米载体中的羧甲基壳聚糖具有pH响应性,能够显著提高溶酶体逃逸功能,可用于体内、体外抗肿瘤实验。利用纳米载体递送具有食道癌抑制功能的miRNA-203模拟物,能够显著提高miRNA-203模拟物的稳定性,可以有效抑制癌细胞的增殖和迁移,进一步通过裸鼠食道癌肿瘤移植模型验证了尾静脉注射含有miRNA-203模拟物的纳米颗粒,能够显著抑制食道癌的生长。
