Abstract:
一种轴流式通风机失速和喘振的诊断方法, 属于通风机状态监测与故障诊断领域。针对轴流式通风机失速和喘振的严重的危害性和诊断的复杂性,本发明以轴流式通风机的振动信号为诊断依据,诊断和识别通风机的失速和喘振。本发明利用自相关函数和互相关函数对通风机的振动信号进行分析和运算,提取出通风机的运行状态特征。利用支持向量机对通风机的状态特征进行识别与分类,实现通风机失速与喘振的自动识别与诊断。
