Abstract:

一种强化疏水性甲苯生物降解的方法,属于挥发性有机物处理技术领域。采用的菌源由污水处理厂的活性污泥经甲苯梯度驯化获得,经扩大培养后制成菌悬液备用;生物滴滤塔选用陶粒作为填料,逐层铺装填料,将制成的菌悬液从滴滤塔上部均匀的喷洒在陶粒上,从滴滤塔底部通入高浓度甲苯气中进一步驯化,经气相驯化挂膜方式启动运行,使生物膜形成,滴滤塔进入下一步的稳定运行阶段;在循环营养液中加入生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂,从滴滤塔的上部向填料中喷淋营养液,鼠李糖脂随营养液经布液板均匀分布在填料上;从滴滤塔底部通入待处理的甲苯废气。操作简单、不产生二次污染的方法,提高疏水性VOCs(甲苯)的生物降解效率。
