Abstract:

一种应用于能量收集器件的具有高能量密度和高断裂韧性的压电陶瓷材料及制备方法,属于压电陶瓷材料领域。该陶瓷材料的基体化学组成为PbxSr1-x(Zn1/15Nb2/15ZryTi0.8-y)O3,并在其中掺杂基体材料质量z wt%的CoCO3,其中x的数值为0.90~1.00,y的数值为0.30~0.50,z的数值为0.00~1.00。以ZnO、Nb2O5、Pb3O4、SrCO3、ZrO2、TiO2和CoCO3为原料,采用湿磨、烘干、煅烧,二次球磨、造粒、压制成型、烧结步骤。本发明应用于能量收集器件,可以有效地回收再利用废弃的能量,且节能、环保、安全,具有显著的经济和社会价值。
