本发明公开了一种微波强化层层组装聚电解质多层复合薄膜的方法,属于膜技术领域,包括一下步骤:将聚阳离子和聚阴离子制成制膜液,将基片在聚阳离子溶液中浸泡或在微波辐射下进行浸泡,然后进行水洗、吹干;之后再荷相反电荷的聚阴离子溶液中浸泡或者在微波辐射下进行浸泡形成薄膜层,进行水洗、吹干;如此交替,进行重复浸泡、水洗、吹干,形成聚电解质多层复合薄膜;本发明利用微波辐射有效的缩短了聚电解质成膜时间,提高聚电解质在基底上的负载量。
