Abstract:

一种快速实现高氨氮废水曝气生物滤池短程硝化的装置,属于废水处理技术领域。采用圆柱型和圆锥型结合的反应装置,即圆锥型的进水区,圆柱型的承托层、滤料层和清水区以及出水槽,设有曝气头和曝气圆盘,滤料层的底部和顶部分别装有压力表;同时还有进水系统、出水系统、反冲洗系统、曝气系统、温控系统。整个反应过程的温度控制在30-35℃;反应器内溶解氧控制在1-2mg/L;并通过压力值变化特征控制曝气生物滤池的反冲洗周期和强度。本装置具有占地面积小、抗冲击负荷能力强、无污泥膨胀问题、节能降耗、成本低等优点。
