Abstract:
三维有序大孔二氧化铈负载Co-Pd纳米合金催化剂、制备方法及应用,属于稀土金属氧化物负载贵金属合金催化剂及催化应用。即具有三维有序大孔结构的CeO2的孔壁上负载有尺寸均一的Co-Pd合金纳米颗粒。采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)胶晶模板法制备的3DOM CeO2载体,然后采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)保护的鼓泡还原法在CeO2表面负载钴钯合金纳米颗粒即得Cox-Pd/3DOM CeO2。在甲烷浓度为2.5%、甲烷与氧气摩尔比为1/8和空速为20000mL/(g h)条件下,Co6-Pd/3DOM CeO2催化剂上甲烷转化率达到10%、50%和90%时的温度分别为353℃、430℃和475℃。本发明具有原料廉价易得,制备过程简单,所得产物形貌、粒径和孔径可控,且催化性能优异的特点。
