Abstract:

一种具备室温多铁性的钬、锰共掺铁酸铋陶瓷及其制备方法,属于电子陶瓷技术领域。该多铁陶瓷的分子式为Bi1-xHoxFe1-yMnyO3,0<x≤0.2,0<y≤0.5。将原料Ho2O3、Bi2O3、MnO2和Fe2O3,按照通式Bi1-xHoxFe1-yMnyO3的化学计量比称重、配料后,球磨混合,烘干后在890~950℃煅烧;煅烧粉末进行二次球磨,烘干后掺入PVA后压成型,排胶后在940~970℃下烧结成瓷。该陶瓷在室温下表现出优良的多铁性,即同时具备明显的铁电性与铁磁性,该陶瓷体系在室温下存在磁致相变,可作为新型多态存储器件及磁电耦合传感器等器件研究的优选材料。
