Abstract:

一种可自动间隙补偿的阀套,尤其适用于海水、淡水等水压介质的插装阀中,也可用于以传统液压油为介质的插装阀,它解决了传统液压插装阀阀芯与阀套间的密封问题。其包括阀套基体、弹性套、环形槽和周向孔。弹性套为弹性元件,加工时注塑在基体上使两者成为组件。装配时小间隙配合将阀芯装入其中,在阀套基体内表面开设环形沟槽,并在阀套上周向开设四个均布小孔实现轴向孔——环形槽联通。本发明在插装阀的工作过程中起到密封作用,减少了插装阀阀芯与阀套配合处的泄漏量,实现了无圈密封,而且易于加工实用性强。
