Abstract:

一种低阶扭转模态电磁声阵列传感器,其特征在于:包括多个PPM电磁声传感器,其中每个PPM电磁声传感器包括铷铁硼磁铁阵列(A)和柔性印刷电路板中至少一层跑道型线圈(B),多个PPM电磁声传感器均布环管结构一周;铷铁硼磁铁阵列(A)中相邻磁铁产生方向相反的静磁场,每一块磁铁的宽度等于激励频率下T(0, 1)模态波长的一半,形状相同,均为条形弧状,多块磁铁紧密放置在一起形成一个瓦块形;铷铁硼磁铁阵列(A)的中心与跑道型线圈(B)的中心重合;多个跑道型线圈(B)集中在一个柔性印刷电路板(D)上,各个跑道型线圈(B)连接方式为并联。本发明可有效的激励和接收T(0, 1)模态超声导波,在传感器安装时,不需要对管道表面进行处理,结果准确度高,可重复性好,检测过程方便快捷。
