Abstract:

基于Fe3O4-AuNPs磁性复合纳米粒子固定化乙酰胆碱酯酶的磁性电极,属于生物传感器技术领域。通过磁力作用将Fe3O4-AuNPs磁性纳米粒子修饰于磁性玻碳电极上,并以其为载体固定乙酰胆碱酯酶。首先制备Fe3O4-AuNPs,然后制备磁性玻碳电极,滴涂0.10g/L CNTs悬浊液,晾干,然后将MGCE放入Fe3O4-AuNPs悬浊液中,吸附,洗涤,晾干后,滴涂戊二醛和AChE。本发明的电极具有良好的导电性能以及电化学性能。
