Abstract：
基于Fe3O4-AuNPs磁性复合纳米粒子固定化乙酰胆碱酯酶的磁性电极，属于生物传感器技术领域。通过磁力作用将Fe3O4-AuNPs磁性纳米粒子修饰于磁性玻碳电极上，并以其为载体固定乙酰胆碱酯酶。首先制备Fe3O4-AuNPs，然后制备磁性玻碳电极，滴涂0.10g/L CNTs悬浊液，晾干，然后将MGCE放入Fe3O4-AuNPs悬浊液中，吸附，洗涤，晾干后，滴涂戊二醛和AChE。本发明的电极具有良好的导电性能以及电化学性能。
