Abstract:

一种同步亚硝化,厌氧氨氧化,反硝化颗粒污泥的培养方法属于水环境恢复与再生领域。本发明的目的在于解决城市污水碳氮比低,脱氮效率低,大量能源浪费的问题。其方法为:在SBR反应器中接种厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥,以生活污水为原水,控制反应器内溶解氧在4mg/l以上, 搅拌速度100r/min,温度30℃, 循环周期为8h, 沉淀时间3min,培养高效的亚硝化颗粒污泥。再次接种厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥,反应器溶解氧维持在0-1mg/l,循环周期为9h,沉淀时间控制为6min,其他条件不变。经过一段时间,培养出了具有同时亚硝化,厌氧氨氧化,反硝化功能的颗粒污泥,系统的氨氮去除率达到90%以上,总氮去除率达到80%以上,总氮去除容积负荷达到0.12kg/(m3·d)。
