Abstract:

一种金属微流控芯片上的微流体驱动方法属于微流控技术领域,应用于微全分析。该方法采用化学腐蚀法在金属钛片上制作出微流控芯片;采用阳极氧化法,在微流控芯片的微通道内生长TiO2纳米管,利用TiO2纳米管的亲水性,增强微流控芯片上微通道内表面的浸润性,得到增强的毛细力,驱动微流体在微通道内流动。该驱动方法无需外部设备提供能量,可以实现微流体的快速、稳定驱动,对于实现微流控系统的集成化、微型化、自动化具有重要意义。
