Abstract:

一种具有剥离功能的全光纤化的低损耗光纤模场匹配器,该匹配器包括大模场输出光纤、单模热扩芯光纤、单模输送光纤、涂覆层;大模场输出光纤包括大模场输出光纤纤芯、大模场输出光纤包层;单模热扩芯光纤包括热扩芯光纤包层、加热扩张后的纤芯;单模输送光纤包括单模输送光纤包层、单模输送光纤纤芯;所述热扩芯光纤纤芯左端为单模热扩芯加热扩张后的纤芯的左端部分。所述单模热扩芯光纤的左端与大模场输出光纤相连,单模热扩芯光纤的另一端与单模输送光纤为一体结构;涂覆层设置在单模热扩芯光纤左端与大模场输出光纤的连接处。该模场匹配器实现了光纤无源器件的全光纤化,且具有体积小,损耗低、成本低、可靠性高等显著特点。
