Abstract:

一种采用脉冲激光液相烧蚀法制备纳米结构的装置属于激光制造领域。该装置包括激光器、反射镜、聚焦镜、石英窗口、烧杯、烧蚀靶材、旋转平台,所述反射镜位于聚焦镜上方,所述聚焦镜位于石英窗口上方,所述石英窗口位于烧杯顶部,所述烧蚀靶材固定在烧杯内底部,所述烧杯位于旋转平台上,石英窗口、烧杯与旋转平台转轴同轴,旋转平台的转速可调。采用本装置在脉冲激光液相烧蚀法制备纳米结构过程中烧杯内液体被石英窗口与外界隔绝,不会外溅。可以提前通入氧气或氮气或氦气,促进或保护烧蚀过程中纳米结构的形成。.本装置旋转平台外设,烧杯底部无需密封,既节省制造成本又不会在制备过程中污染液体。
