Abstract：
一种熔覆层宽度实时可变的激光加工工作头属于激光加工技术领域。本发明包括凹面反射镜组、凸面反射镜组、保护镜片组和调节组：加工工作头集成的聚焦系统由凸面反射镜和凹面反射镜组成，通过优化光学设计，通过两者之间距离的变化，实现该聚焦系统输出焦距的变化。保护镜片的安装，有效抑制部分热辐射光进入激光谐振腔。对光纤激光器及半导体激光器而言，可以有效保证输出功率的稳定性。本加工工作头在激光熔覆过程中，可以实现熔覆层宽度的实时变化。
