Abstract:
一种低六价铬308奥氏体不锈钢金属芯焊丝及其制备方法属于焊接材料技术领域。该焊丝的钢带为低碳钢钢带,金属芯的药粉化学组成成分为:C:0.03~0.065wt.%;Cr:52~58wt.%;Ni:26~30wt.%;Mn:4~6wt.%;Si:0.66~1.5wt.%;Ti:0.5~1wt.%;Zn:0.5~1wt.%;Zr:0.5~1 wt.%;P:< 0.03wt.%;S:< 0.03wt.%;Fe:余量。填充率为26~38%。本发明与现有技术相比,在焊接烟尘量稍低的条件下,其中有毒Cr(VI)排放量与同类实芯焊丝相比可降低30%~40%,与不锈钢药芯焊丝相比可降低35%~45%。本发明采用低碳钢钢带,因此该焊丝成本可大大降低,该焊丝焊接电弧稳定,飞溅小,焊缝成形美观,熔敷金属综合性能优良。
