Abstract:

一种低基质浓度高上升流速快速培养自养脱氮颗粒污泥的方法,属于污水生物处理技术领域,包括以下步骤:将少量厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥破碎后与普通厌氧发酵污泥及好氧活性污泥混合均匀,投加至上流式厌氧UASB反应器中。以人工合成的低氨氮废水(总氮30-50mg/L)作为厌氧UASB反应器进水,采用连续流运行方式,控制厌氧UASB反应器上升流速恒定为4-7m/h,经过50-80d的培养,获得高效自养脱氮颗粒污泥。该发明制备的颗粒污泥,厌氧氨氧化细菌含量较高,达到1.36×108copy/g-MLSS,适合处理低氨氮废水,是市场前景广阔的废水生物处理产品。将其投加至自养脱氮反应器,可有效提高反应器总氮去除率及反应器运行稳定性,解决城市污水水量大,自养脱氮颗粒污泥易流失的问题。
