Abstract:

Cu2ZnSnS4/La2Ti2O7异质结光催化复合材料的制备方法属于光催化复合材料领域。该复合材料是采用水热法,通过原位生长的过程制备的。首先以La(NO3)3·6H2O和Ti(SO4)2为原料水热法制备出La2Ti2O7纳米片,再将CuCl2、ZnCl2、SnCl2、硫代乙酰胺按2 : 1 : 1 : 8的比例依次加入容有La2Ti2O7的乙二醇中,经过搅拌和超声,转入水热釜高压加热后,得到CZTS/La2Ti2O7复合物。CZTS均匀地分散生长在La2Ti2O7的表面,二者的良好结合有利于光生载流子更好地分离。通过半导体的复合,不但拓展了单一半导体的光响应范围,而且由于不同带隙半导体间光生载流子的输运与分离,抑制了光生电子-空穴对的复合,从而提高了复合半导体催化剂的光催化活性。
