Abstract:

一种耐腐蚀性钕铁硼永磁体,属于稀土磁性材料领域。将粒径在10-120μm的钕铁硼粉体表面用化学镀或气相沉积法生长一层具有较高耐腐蚀性能和透磁性能的镍或锌、铬等包覆层,将包覆后的钕铁硼粉体经取向、压型、烧结可得到新型耐腐蚀性钕铁硼永磁体。钕铁硼粉体粒径与耐腐蚀性包覆层的厚度的比值为10-60:1。钕铁硼永磁体耐腐蚀性能强,表层的破损不影响其整体耐腐蚀性能,并具有很高的剩磁Br、矫顽力Hc和很大的磁能积BH。
