Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种振动筛大梁故障检测装置,包括低频涡流检测主机,低频涡流检测主机内部安装有CPU,CPU与信号发生模块、探头接口、信号输出模块、放大模块、相敏检波器、滤波模块、相位旋转器、幅度调节器、A/D转换模块、阻抗显示屏、喇叭、存储器、操作键盘以及数据充电接口相连,探头接口上插有探头装置。本实用新型的有益效果为:运用低频涡流检测振动筛大梁疲劳裂纹的方法,与常规涡流不同,低频涡流可以穿透包覆层以检测到大梁裂纹,不仅成本低、速度快、定量好,而且检测结果可靠,用于振动筛疲劳裂纹故障的早期预警和无损定量检测,减少因故障造成的非计划性停产,从而降低经济损失,经济效益与社会效益巨大。
