Abstract：
一种制备行波管用高气密性镍铜合金的方法，属于合金材料制备技术领域，解决高气密性镍铜合金制备难的问题。本发明步骤：电沉积前，将阳极纯镍板和阴极不锈钢板用砂纸打磨，以去除表面氧化物，之后依次选用丙酮、酒精和蒸馏水进行超声波清洗，去除油污等附着在阴、阳极表面上的杂质，获得洁净的表面；之后电沉积镍铜合金，电镀液的组成：六水硫酸镍305～350g/L，五水硫酸铜20～50g/L，柠檬酸钠75～90g/L，氯化钠7～12g/L，硼酸35～50g/L，其余是水；工艺参数：pH值5～7，电流密度4～8A/dm2，温度25～45℃，电沉积时间5～15h，搅拌速度50～120r/mim。采用这种方法可获得具有良好气密性的镍铜合金，工艺简单，工艺参数易于调控。
