Abstract:

二氧化锰纳米棒/石墨烯复合电极材料及其制备方法,属于超级电容器材料技术领域。步骤如下:用改良的Hummers法制得氧化石墨,并用葡萄糖和氨水将其还原为石墨烯;将石墨烯分散于去离子水中超声处理,并与等摩尔的MnSO4和KMnO4溶液混合,得到前驱体;将前驱体在120-180℃水热反应8-24h;将反应产物离心、过滤洗涤,80℃烘干24h,即得到纯净的MnO2纳米棒/石墨烯复合材料。本发明工艺简单,可重复性高。该材料具有良好的电化学性能,适合用作超级电容器的电极材料。
