Abstract:

一种WC颗粒增强镍基MIG耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝,属于工程应用技术领域使用的表面改性粉芯丝材,焊丝由镍带包皮和芯部粉末组成。所述的药芯成分的质量百分含量如下:碳化钨:30‐75%;碳化硅:4‐17%;碳化硼:3‐15%;电解锰粉:1‐5%;氟化钠:1‐12%,余量为镍粉。所获得的熔敷金属的成分为:碳化钨:11.1‐30%;硅:1.3‐5.6%;硼:1‐5%;锰:0.3‐1.48%;镍:余量。用本发明研制的药芯焊丝制备的堆焊层,硬度高(>45HRC),堆焊层中WC硬质相的硬度达到1800HV0.3。本发明焊丝主要依靠外加的WC颗粒与镍基基体配合起到“阴影保护”作用,从而起到耐磨损性能,并通过添加脱氧剂硅、锰,变质剂Na/F等提高堆焊合金的焊接性能。
