Abstract：
一种耐晶间腐蚀高Mg含Er铝合金冷轧板材的热处理工艺，属于有色金属技术领域，它解决了高Mg的铝镁合金冷轧板材耐长期晶间腐蚀性能差的问题。高Mg含Er铝合金热轧板，其各组分质量百分含量分别为Mg 5.8％-6.8％，Mn0.4％-0.8％，Er 0.15％-0.25％，Zr 0.15％-0.25％，不可避免杂质含量＜4％，余量为Al，合金热轧板经中间退火后进行冷精轧，最终冷变形量为75％-90％；对铝合金冷轧板进行稳定化退火，退火温度为235℃-245℃，保温时间3.5-4小时，空冷至室温。该工艺在不明显降低合金强度的同时，显著改善合金的耐晶间腐蚀性能。
