Abstract:

一种Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3基三元体系无铅压电陶瓷及制备,属于钙钛矿结构压电陶瓷领域,该陶瓷的组成为x BNT-y BT-zBZT,x、y、z为被包含在用BNT、BT和BZT三元组成图的各组成点A、B、C、D连线所包围的区域内的BNT、BT和BZT的摩尔含量,A为(0.95, 0, 0.05),B为(0.97, 0, 0.03),C为(0.98, 0.02, 0)和D为(0.93, 0.07, 0)。制备时Bi2O3的量在其按照化学计量比所需的基础上再增加0.05%-1.00%。本发明所提供的三元无铅压电陶瓷体系具有优良的压电性能,具有实用性。
