Abstract：
一种耐晶间腐蚀高Mg含Er铝合金冷轧板材的热处理工艺，属于有色金属技术领域，高Mg含Er铝合金热轧板，其各组分质量百分含量分别为Mg5.8%-6.8%，Mn0.4%-0.8%，Er0.15%-0.25%，Zr0.15%-0.25%，不可避免杂质含量＜4%，余量为Al，合金热轧板经中间退火后进行冷精轧，最终冷变形量为75%-90%；对铝合金冷轧板进行稳定化退火，退火温度为235°C-245°C，保温时间3.5-4小时，空冷至室温。该工艺在不明显降低合金强度的同时，显著改善合金的耐晶间腐蚀性能。
