Abstract:

本实用新型的可用于材料精细加工的266nm全固态紫外激光器,激光谐振腔、双声光Q开关、两个LD侧面泵浦模块、90°旋光晶体、二倍频晶体、凸透镜组、四倍频晶体、二向色镜组、柱面镜和控制系统,激光器在泵浦下进行腔内二倍频的情况下可产生高功率、高重频的532nm绿激光运转,进而经腔外四倍频方法,可以产生266nm的准连续紫外激光输出。本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可用于材料精细加工的266nm全固态紫外激光器,更好的满足实际应用的需求。
