Abstract:
一种制备球状或空心球状BiVO4的混合有机溶剂热法,属于BiVO4技术领域。向体积比9∶1∶1的乙醇/乙酰丙酮/浓HNO3的混合液中,按化学计量比1∶1加入Bi(NO3)3和NH4VO3,充分溶解,加入油胺,油胺∶Bi(NO3)3的摩尔比为15.5∶1,用三乙醇胺调节溶液的pH为1.5或5,转移至内衬为聚四氟乙烯的不锈钢自压釜(体积填充度为80%),于100℃热处理12h,冷却,产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,置于马弗炉中以1℃/min的升温速率升至400℃灼烧4h。本发明工艺简单、目标产物粒子形貌和晶相结构可控,在光催化、电极材料、颜料及离子导电陶瓷等领域具有优良的应用前景。
