Abstract:
一种含Er铝镁合金板材的温变形强化工艺,属于有色金属技术领域。对于Mg,5.8-6.8%;Mn,0.4-0.8%;Zr,0.1-0.2%;Er,0.1-0.4%;不可避免杂质≤0.5%,余量为Al的含Er铝镁合金板材,进行400℃/2h保温,给成品板预留下30-50%的变形量,将铝板在400℃热轧到相应的厚度;然后在250~350℃下保温2h,并在保温温度下进行单道次变形,变形量为30-50%,轧制速度为0.08-0.25ms-1,最后将其空冷至室温。本发明具有高应变速率、单道次大变形量、低变形抗力等特点,处理得到的含Er铝镁合金板材,具有较高强度,良好的塑性及耐蚀性。
