Abstract:

本发明涉及一种金属卟啉-金属盐复合催化剂催化氧化邻甲酚制备邻羟基苯甲酸的方法,该方法是在甲醇或60~99%(体积)甲醇与水的混合溶液中,以金属卟啉或金属卟啉和金属盐的组合作为催化剂,或以式(I)、式(II)和式(III)中的任意两种或三种的组合作为催化剂,或以式(I)和式(I)、式(II)和式(II)、式(III)和式(III)的组合作为催化剂,金属卟啉的浓度5~50ppm,金属盐的浓度5~200ppm,在2.5~5mol/L氢氧化钠的甲醇或甲醇水溶液中,通入0.1~0.5MPa氧气,在50~90℃下反应1~10h,得到邻羟基苯甲酸。本方法的优点在于反应条件温和、催化剂及碱用量少、反应时间短,操作简便,安全性高。既能有效地节约能源和资源,又可减少环境污染,进而有效地实现节能减排。
