Abstract:

仿生矿化层层自组装制备锐钛矿相二氧化钛纳米片的方法,属于生物仿生矿化技术领域和纳米材料技术领域。首先利用特定的仿生试剂聚乙烯亚胺在温和环境下通过静电引力作用吸附在石墨烯氧化物上,使得石墨烯氧化物吸附的聚乙烯亚胺作为复合软模板,其后与有机钛前驱体水溶液在上述温和环境下通过层层自组装方式,使得有机钛在聚乙烯亚胺的作用下进行水解反应生成具有多级二氧化钛纳米片结构的前驱体,最后在空气气氛下热处理得到锐钛矿相结晶较好的多级锐钛矿相二氧化钛纳米片结构。本发明方法对于材料形貌及结构具有有效的调控。
