Abstract：
一种含Er铝镁合金板材的形变退火工艺，属于有色金属技术领域。对于含Er铝镁合金热轧板，在350℃进行2h再结晶退火，然后将铝板热轧，给最终成品板预留下55-80％的冷变形量，再在350℃进行2h中间退火；将中间退火后的铝板冷轧到成品板厚，变形量为55-80％，最后进行120-220℃稳定化退火，退火时间1-3h。通过Er的添加在基体中析出细小弥散的Al3Er粒子，增强应变强化的效果，通过控制β相(Mg2Al3)的析出位置和形态，从而获得强度较高且稳定，晶间腐蚀性能良好的含Er铝镁合金板材。
