Abstract:

一种制备一维纳米棒状铌酸钾粉体的方法,属于铌酸钾粉体技术领域。按照摩尔比1∶3∶(5~30)称量K2CO3、Nb2O5及熔盐KCl,装入以二氧化锆球为磨介、以无水乙醇为分散介质的尼龙罐中,球磨、烘干;置于氧化铝坩埚中,密封,在600~900℃下煅烧,冷却后,洗涤;然后加入HNO3溶液中,于90℃加热搅拌6~24h,洗涤;置于氧化铝坩埚中,密封在400~550℃下煅烧;与原料K2CO3、熔盐KCl按照摩尔比1∶1∶(5~20)置于氧化铝坩埚中,密封,在600~800℃下煅烧、洗涤、干燥。本发明方法得到的一维KNbO3纳米棒大小均一、分散性好、烧结活性高。
