Abstract：
一种银掺杂铁基超导体的制备方法，属于铁基超导材料技术领域。包括以下步骤：在氩气保护下，将稀土和As粉末封装在石英管内热处理制备LnAs粉；在氩气保护手套箱内，将LnAs和Fe粉、Fe2O3粉、FeF3粉按摩尔比3∶(1+x)∶(1-x)∶(1.1～1.5)x配比(0＜x＜0.6)，加入银单质，研磨压制成片状；在高真空下退火：0到600℃升温速率1～5℃/min；600℃到900℃升温速率1～3℃/min；900℃保温5～15小时，900℃到(1100℃～1200℃)升温速率1～3℃/min；1100℃～1200℃保温20～30小时；炉冷至室温。通过加入银单质，提高铁基超导体的电磁性能和实用性。
