Abstract:

变蒸发器面积的发动机排气余热回收有机朗肯循环系统,属于余热回收技术领域。本发明利用采用有机工质的朗肯循环来吸收发动机工作时排气携带的余热,利用膨胀机将高焓工质膨胀过程中的焓变转换为有用功输出, 带动发电机发电,利用控制系统实现发动机不同工况下排气余热利用的最大化。本发明减少了发动机向大气环境的散热量,减缓温室效应的影响。减少发动机尾气温度,提高了城市环境的舒适性,可应用于各种车用发动机,尤其是车用汽油机。
