Abstract:

本发明涉及一种提高输出偏振特性的脉冲激光器,属于激光技术领域,该激光器至少包括泵浦源、激光增益介质、可饱和吸收器件、腔镜。通过改变传统的半导体激光器经光纤耦合的非偏振泵浦方式,而采用偏振光泵浦实现脉冲激光器的线偏振输出,提高了输出偏振方向的稳定性。本发明无需在腔内插入偏振控制元件,因而不存在传统技术带来的插入损耗,具有结构简单、易于调节、工作稳定可靠的优点,解决了传统脉冲激光器输出偏振方向不稳定、不利于进行非线性频率变换、不利于进行与稳定线偏振有关的激光功率放大的问题。
