Abstract:

一种MOPA结构的高能量低重频全光纤激光器,涉及锁模光纤激光器和光纤放大器领域。所述全光纤激光器包括主振荡级种子源系统和用于对种子源进行功率放大的级联光纤放大器系统,具体包括用于为激光产生提供泵浦能量的泵浦源,用于提供增益的双包层增益光纤,用于对产生的激光进行相位调制从而产生超短脉冲的锁模装置,以及用于激光传输的单模传输光纤;所述的单模传输光纤的长度为200m-4Km;本实用新型通过增加谐振腔中单模光纤长度来延长腔长,有效降低了谐振腔内脉冲的重复频率,显著地提高了单脉冲能量。
