Abstract:

一种提高排水性能的换热器翅片,属于换热器翅片技术领域。翅片的表面由两种不同润湿性能的表面按照一定的图案组合而成,构成许多的大接触角表面的间隔,第一种表面是超亲水表面,其接触角的范围是0°到15°;第二种表面则是大接触角的表面,接触角范围是30°到180°,本发明大大降低了翅片下沿的毛细效应,减小了悬挂水桥的附着高度,甚至避免下沿水桥的形成,从而有效降低翅片的存水量。
