Abstract:

一种从废弃CRT玻璃中提取铅的方法属于无机材料废弃物资源化领域。所述方法包括以下主要步骤:(A)将废弃CRT玻璃粉碎,混合强碱和活性炭,于450℃~800℃条件下熔融20~120min;(B)冷却并水洗熔融物,分离出粗铅并过滤,得碱渣和碱液;(C)用稀盐酸浸洗碱渣,过滤并冷却得氯化铅沉淀物,从而达到铅提取目的。本发明能有效提取废弃CRT玻璃中的铅,并实现减少重金属铅带来的环境影响目的;在提取过程产生的废液可循环使用,废渣少且含铅量极低,具有不污染环境的优点,所以本发明具有良好的工业化推广应用价值。
