Abstract:

一种提高棒状Nd : YAG激光多通放大输出功率的放大器及其方法,属于激光器技术领域。由1/2波片、偏振分光棱镜a、45度法拉第旋转器、45度石英旋转器和偏振分光棱镜b顺序放置构成光隔离器;激光介质安装于半导体激光器模块内,当种子光注入后,通过光隔离器进入激光介质,激光介质是[100]切割方向的Nd : YAG晶体棒,输出后实现一通放大;一通放大激光通过1/4波片和全反镜后再次进入激光介质,从偏振分光棱镜b输出二通放大激光。激光进入激光介质时,在360度的旋转范围内,选出一个线偏振光输出功率极大值的方向作为晶体棒的方向。本发明的热退偏效应明显减小,避免了插入热退偏补偿器件带来的额外损耗。
