Abstract:

一种用于板结构缺陷检测的SH0电磁声换能器属于无损检测领域,通过磁致伸缩效应激励并接收超声导波SH0(水平剪切)波,可用于铁磁性材料的板材、型钢以及管道的缺陷检测,特别是板结构缺陷检测。所述的SH0电磁声换能器,包括换能器外壳(4)、嵌于换能器外壳里面的磁铁阵列(3)和线圈(2)、覆在线圈表面的镍带(1)、嵌于换能器外壳并与线圈连接的接头(6)。在使用时该换能器收发各需一个。换能器与被检测对象接触无需耦合剂,检测过程简单、高效,适应工程现场检测的要求。
