Abstract:

本发明公开了以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为助剂的钯镍双金属催化电极的制备方法,属于电化学水处理领域。将NiSO4·6H2O晶体和NH4Cl粉末溶于PdCl2溶液中,快速加入浓氨水并搅拌,再加入SDBS溶液,最后加入去离子水配制成5mmol/LPdCl2+14mmol/L NiSO4+0.2mol/LNH4Cl+4×10-3~13×10-3g/mlSDBS,用盐酸调节pH至6.5;以表面清洗干净的钛网作阴极,铂片为阳极,采用恒电流电沉积的方法进行Pd-Ni双金属共沉积,沉积电流密度为3.75mA·cm-2,沉积时间为50min。本发明所制备的电极催化活性明显提高,成本低、具有一定的应用前景。
